The Notary Architect LLC

Services
The Notary Architect LLC provides professional notary public services in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas, including mobile notarization and Remote Online Notarization (RON).

Fees
All fees are disclosed before services are rendered as required by Texas law. Base notary fees are set by Texas Government Code §406.024. Travel, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and rush fees are additional. Payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment may incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Loan signings cancelled after notary arrival are charged the full agreed fee.

ID Required
Clients must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization as required by Texas law.

Personal Appearance
Signers must personally appear before the notary. Failure to personally appear is a criminal offense under Texas Senate Bill 693 (2025).

Complete Documents
All documents must be complete with no blank spaces before the appointment. The notary cannot notarize incomplete documents.

Right to Refuse
The Notary Architect LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the signer cannot be properly identified, appears to be under duress, or the request violates Texas law.

Limitation of Liability
The Notary Architect LLC is not responsible for the legal sufficiency of documents notarized. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific notarization.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
