What ID do I need?

Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), so you can get documents notarized from anywhere in the U.S. by video call with our Texas-commissioned online notary.

Can you give legal advice?

No. We are notaries, not attorneys. We cannot give legal advice or explain document contents. Please consult a licensed Texas attorney for legal questions.

Do you work weekends?

Yes! We work Saturdays as part of our Monday–Saturday schedule, and Sundays are available by appointment. Weekend and after-hours fees apply.

Can you notarize for someone in the hospital?

Yes! We do hospital visits. Please call ahead so we can prepare.

Do my documents need to be complete?

Yes. All documents must be complete with no blank spaces before the appointment. The notary cannot notarize incomplete documents.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment may incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

What is Remote Online Notarization?

RON allows you to get documents notarized via two-way video call. You’ll need a camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection. Our notary is commissioned in Texas, and clients can join from anywhere in the U.S.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Both notaries are commissioned by the State of Texas and carry individual Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance.
