The Basics
Your total is just two parts
Almost every appointment comes down to a small per-signature fee plus one flat travel fee. That is it.
The notary fee
A small per-signature fee for the official stamp. Texas sets the maximum a notary can charge, and we never charge more than the state maximum.
The travel fee
Because we come to you, there is a flat travel fee. Evenings, weekends, and rush requests add a little more. Everything is agreed before we start.
Texas law requires us to disclose every fee before we start. You always approve the total first.

You swear that what the document says is true, then sign it in front of the notary. Common for affidavits and sworn statements.
Oath or Affirmation
$10Officially: Oath / Affirmation
You make a spoken promise under oath, for example before giving testimony. No document signature is required.
